Submission Requirements

Eligibility: All Oglethorpe University students are welcome to submit work for the film festival. Videos submitted for award consideration must be produced and edited using only personal or Oglethorpe resources. 

Numbers of Entries: The maximum number of submissions is two per person (however, this option may NOT be used to submit longer films in two parts).

File Format: H.264 (.mp4) 

Resolution: Standard HD (1920×1080) *4K videos will be reduced to this resolution.

Length: Submissions must adhere to the time limit of the Category to which they are being submitted. (View Categories for more information.)

Early Bird Deadline: TBA

Regular Deadline: TBA

Submission Agreement: Submission does not guarantee placement in the festival. However, by submitting you acknowledge that you give Oglethorpe University permission to screen your submission at live events and to share excerpts, stills, and trailers of your work for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. Note: Your work will never by distributed online in its entirety without your express written consent.
